Data & Insights Manager (Commercial Partnerships)
The Data & Insights Manager will be responsible for all research, sales support, and data analysis for the Commercial Partnerships Department.
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, they will be responsible for identifying and researching potential Partners and building proposals for prospects as well as leading on the analysis and monitoring the performance of existing Club Partners.
During the sales phase, their role will be to support the sales team with data, insights, and analysis on prospective Partners, as well as compiling relevant and accurate data on the Club’s national and global audience. They will work with the sales team to build accurate and compelling, tailored proposals with a view to securing new Partners.
The Data & Insights Manager will also be responsible for generating performance reports to share with current Club Partners. They will benchmark exposure, activation performance, and ROI with a view to driving partner retention, identifying additional opportunities, and driving incremental revenue.
The role will also require the effective management of the Club’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), including the management of CRM pipelines, and will be required to present updates on a weekly basis to the wider Partnerships Team.

Partnership Sales Executive
The Partnership Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing new Partners for the Club. With a strong focus on our Global and Principal Partnership assets, the Partnership Sales Executive will be responsible for building a comprehensive and robust sales pipeline and managing the full sales process from initial cold contact, through to the negotiation of rights, and ultimately securing sales.
The Partnership Sales Executive will also be required to proactively build relationships with existing commercial customers with a view to increasing revenue across the Club’s Partnership Programme.
The role will require the ability to work autonomously, identifying and developing new business via independent research as well as contacting prospects identified by the Partnerships Analyst and other members of the Partnerships Team. Securing meetings, building compelling business proposals, and presenting these to senior decision makers will be a crucial part of this role.
There will also be a requirement to host and network with potential partners at home matches.
Whilst ultimate budget responsibility remains with the Head of Partnerships, the Partnership Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets and objectives as set by the Head of Partnerships and the Partnership Sales Manager.
